FAQs & Booking Policy
Suzie Warning
Suzie runs on rhythm, not excuses.
We do not wait, pause, or re-fire courses.
Arrive on time. Arrive together.
Then let the night take over.
What is Suzie Wong?
Suzie Wong is a single-seating modern Chinese dinner party in Kuala Lumpur.
The night begins with a six-course sharing menu at 7:30 PM and builds through cocktails, music and live performers until dinner becomes the party — all at your table.
It is not quiet fine dining, a conventional nightclub or a stage show you simply sit and watch.
When is Suzie Wong open?
The dinner party runs every Friday and Saturday from 7:30 PM until late.
Dinner begins at 7:30 PM sharp.
From 10:00 PM the doors may open for walk-in drinks, subject to capacity. The live performances run during dinner service, so late-night entry is for the bar rather than the show.
Before you reserve ✨
Dear Guest, At Suzie Wong, atmosphere is everything. To protect the energy of the room, we welcome guests 21 years and above only — strictly no kids.
Each reservation is limited to a maximum of 20 guests.
For larger groups, please contact us directly at +60 17-226 6480.
Do I need a reservation?
Yes. Every place at the dinner party is by advance reservation only, and walk-ins are not accepted for dinner. Reservations open four (4) weeks in advance — check back if your date is outside this window, or choose an alternative date.
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a reservation.
Our team will send confirmation and directions once your booking is finalised.
What time should we arrive?
Arrive before 7:30 PM, and arrive together. Dinner begins strictly at 7:30 PM sharp.
As the evening is programmed, we are unable to delay service for late arrivals or wait for all guests to be present before serving. If some guests in your party arrive late, all dishes will be served together at the scheduled time.
There is no parking courses, no waiting for friends, and no resetting the flow. Last-minute changes or delays disrupt the experience — and Suzie doesn't do broken rhythm.

Pairing selections for the course menus are made during booking.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Our menu includes raw items and focuses on seafood, shellfish, vegetables and meat. If you are unable to consume raw items, we are happy to swap dishes with our vegetarian menu only.
We are unable to accommodate vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free or egg-free dietary requirements.
All allergies must be declared at the point of reservation under Special Requests.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A RM100 per guest deposit is required to confirm your reservation, on every booking including The Tease. It is charged to your credit card through SevenRooms when you book.
What is the cancellation and no-show policy?
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before your reservation time.
Tables will be held for 15 minutes from the reservation time.
If we do not hear from you, the reservation will be treated as a no-show and a RM100 (nett) no-show fee per guest will apply. Late cancellations incur the same fee.
Can I reschedule my reservation?
A reservation may be rescheduled once, with at least 48 hours' notice before the original reservation time. Your deposit may be applied to the new booking.
Can I request a specific table?
Specific seating, such as tables in front of the stage, is subject to availability and allocated on a first-reserve basis. Allocations are at the discretion of our Customer Service Executives to ensure the best experience across the room.
What is the dress code?
Suzie is a dinner party that turns into a night out. Dress with intention. Think sleek, confident and after-dark. When in doubt, dress up. Suzie likes a little trouble.
Do you accept corporate events or venue buyouts?
Yes. Suzie Wong hosts corporate events, private celebrations, brand activations and venue buyouts. Contact us via WhatsApp at +60 17-226 6480 or email greetings@suziewong.asia.
